An introduction

Hi, my name is Christina, or Chris as most people call me. I have a friend who goes out in her van every Friday morning to deliver supplies to the homeless (mostly toiletries, clothing, and sandwiches), I was inspired by her and wanted to help but didn't know how. I did not have the funds to keep purchasing things for her and the "peeps", but I did seem to have a gift at making cards. So, as nervous as I was to attempt selling my cards I did it anyhow. I have a friend who owns a flower/gift store and she said we could give it a go. Well surprisingly my cards starting selling! and with that I was able to give a large part of the profits to my friend. I have been doing this for about one and 1/2 years now, but a few months ago I really felt the need to make Christian cards. I was able to locate some nice stamps with scriptures and crosses and from there made my new line of Christian cards with no idea if people would buy them or not. Well, I was in the store a few weeks ago to look over my inventory and low and behold, ALL the Christian cards were gone! From there I became more vigilant to find Christian stamps and finally found the best website EVER, Our Daily Bread Designs. I have no idea how well my Christian cards will continue to sell, but I do see a huge need in my community for them so I continue to give this up to God and see where it goes.
